Speaking of "Mom". When did the boys decide that would be o.k.? I was more than happy with Mommy.....I was content. It was music to my heart! They collectively did though and now I'm Mom.
Today will be a busy day, so I'll post briefly what I'm doing and hopefully link you to some wonderful recipes that I will be making.
My Bestie is having a birthday today and would like a cake. I have a "blog crush" on lifeingraceblog.com and since I've tried one of her recipes and the family loved it, I'm making her MOCHA CAKE....doesn't it sound wonderful? I'm low-carbing, so I won't be able to partake. You can view her recipe and see the pics of how she decorates it..
I have to make another dish to take to a neighbor family who lost a family member. I want something simple and easy to transport, so I'm making a version of this.
Lastly, we will visit my Mother and her husband. He was admitted into the hospital yesterday and is doing o.k., but I know visitors help pass the time.
Somewhere in there I've got to find a Valentine for my sweetie!!! Have you shopped for your Valentine yet?
