I try to always make a menu. I base it on what I have on hand and what is on sale. The menu is an guideline, but I do shift things around as needed or as the mood strikes.

| THURSDAY | Bacon and Eggs in Pita | Left overs | Steaks, Twice Baked Pot. Broccoli Salad | Pudding and/or fruit |
| FRIDAY | Cereal and Toast | Beans with pico de gallo | Taco Salad w/ refried beans | Blueberries w/ cream |
