Menu Monday Plan 2/15/10

My first menu posting for the world to see!  I’m testing things out and trying to link up to some other Menu Monday blog sites this week so please bear with me.  Eventually, I’d like to include in my menu posting the low-carb variations that I personally eat for each meal.  Eventually, I’d like to include links to recipes for the things that seem interesting to my readers.  I’ll get there eventually!
I try to always make a menu.  I base it on what I have on hand and what is on sale.  The menu is an guideline, but I do shift things around as needed or as the mood strikes.
