This week we have several things going on that will have us out of the house. I’m making this menu very flexible and using a lot of what we have in the freezer and pantry. C.P. denotes Crockpot meal. I rely heavily on the Crockpot when our schedule is hectic.
*Tuesday our home school geography group is having a “World’s Fair” project. Along with presentations from each student will be foods from that country. Our DS14, is studying Wales for his project. We haven’t narrowed down the recipes yet, but he wants to make 2 different ones. Should be fun!
One of the great things about preparing a menu in advance is each morning I look at what we will be eating that day and can easily thaw food or do prep work in advance of meal time.
Be sure to check back tomorrow as I will have several recipes for items in this week’s menu. Consider following me so you don’t miss anything! As always if you are interested in a recipe leave me a comment!
